Accommodation requires parquet flooring, painting work, as well as complete furnishing and decoration adapted for short-term rental.
The total cost of the service is set at €4,000, established in advance by quote:
€1,500 paid at the start of the project
€2,500 spread over 12 months, in order to preserve the owner's cash flow
The regulations for this second part are adapted to the rental schedule and seasonality :
Monthly payments may be higher during peak periods and lower during off-peak periods, while remaining capped and limited in time.
This solution allows you to immediately increase the value of the property, improve its attractiveness and profitability, without having to pay the full amount upfront.

The valuation takes place after the free strategic audit. If an improvement is identified, a customized valuation study will be proposed.
